A lovely family based in Lewisham are seeking an experienced and caring part time housekeeper nanny to help care for their two children, aged 5 and 10 years old, while assisting with the day-to-day running of their home. This is an excellent opportunity for a warm, organised and proactive candidate who enjoys balancing childcare with housekeeping responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic and able to create a safe, happy and structured environment for the children while maintaining a clean and organised home. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- providing attentive care for the children
- supporting school routines and after-school care
- assisting with homework and educational activities
- planning fun, age-appropriate games and activities
- preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas and communal spaces tidy and organised
- running occasional household errands when required
- helping with meal preparation for the family when needed
- ensuring the home remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
Requirements:
Current Paediatric First Aid
Current Enhanced DBS
UK Work Permit
