Position: Part Time Housekeeper

A lovely household based in Hackney is seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to help maintain their beautiful three-bedroom Victorian home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised candidate who enjoys keeping a home clean, tidy and well organised while working independently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, take pride in their work and be confident managing a range of housekeeping duties. The property is arranged over four floors, so applicants should be comfortable working in a multi-level home. There are no pets in the household. Previous experience in a similar private household role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- organising cupboards, wardrobes and storage spaces
- keeping the home tidy, clutter free and well presented
- cleaning staircases and communal areas across all floors
- monitoring household supplies and reporting when items need replenishing
- helping ensure the home remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
