A lovely family based in Winchester are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper / cook to support the smooth running of their home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident managing both housekeeping duties and simple family meal preparation.
The role is based in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home and includes support for a family with two young children. The ideal candidate will be efficient, trustworthy and able to work independently while maintaining high standards throughout the household. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- tidying and organising household spaces
- meal preparation and simple family cooking when required
- batch cooking for the family when needed
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household
- helping ensure a clean, tidy and welcoming home environment
