A lovely family based in Bromley are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to help maintain their home to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised candidate who enjoys working independently and takes pride in creating a clean, tidy and well-presented household.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be trustworthy and able to manage their time efficiently. Applicants should also be pet friendly and comfortable working in a household with pets. Previous experience in a similar private household role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- organising cupboards, wardrobes and household storage areas
- keeping the home tidy, clutter free and well presented
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- cleaning interior windows and mirrors when required
- monitoring household supplies and replenishing essentials when needed
- running occasional household errands
- being comfortable working around household pets
- ensuring the home remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
