A private household based in Henfield, West Sussex, are seeking an experienced and reliable live in housekeeping team to take responsibility for the smooth running and upkeep of their home. The ideal arrangement would suit two experienced professionals who work well together, with strong housekeeping skills and a willingness to share responsibilities as required.
One member of the team must be a confident driver. The successful candidates should be trustworthy, discreet, proactive and well organised, with previous private household experience and excellent references.
Duties include:
- maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the home
- cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas
- vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
- laundry and ironing
- making beds and changing bed linen
- wardrobe and clothing care
- organising cupboards and household storage areas
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- monitoring household supplies and replenishing essentials
- receiving deliveries and assisting with household organisation
- running household errands when required
- driving for household errands and appointments when necessary
- assisting with general property upkeep
- working together to ensure the smooth running of the household
- maintaining a discreet and professional presence at all times
- ensuring the home remains clean, organised and beautifully presented
