Days/Hours: full day on Monday, plus Wed, Thurs, Fri afternoon, 30 hours per week

A lovely family based in East Dulwich are seeking an experienced part time nanny housekeeper to care for their two children, aged 2 and 4 years old, while helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming home. This is a varied role suited to a warm, reliable and proactive candidate who enjoys combining childcare with household support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for toddlers and young children, be confident managing daily routines and happy to use their initiative around the home. The family are pet friendly, so the successful candidate should be comfortable working around pets. Previous private household experience and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- providing attentive and nurturing care for the children
- supporting nursery and preschool routines
- planning fun and age-appropriate activities
- organising creative, educational and outdoor play
- preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- supporting mealtimes, naps and daily routines
- assisting with bath time and evening routines when required
- keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organised
- undertaking general housekeeping duties throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care for the family
- making beds and changing bed linen
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- preparing simple family meals when required
- running occasional household errands
- being comfortable working in a pet-friendly household
- ensuring the home remains clean, organised and running smoothly at all times
