A private family based in Hedon are looking for an experienced and dependable live in housekeeper couple to assist with the day-to-day running of their household. This is a varied role suited to a practical, organised and flexible couple who are confident working together to maintain a home to a high standard.
The ideal couple will be proactive, discreet and capable of managing household responsibilities independently. One member of the couple must be a confident driver, and both candidates should be comfortable around pets, as the household is pet friendly. Previous experience working within private households and excellent references are required.
Duties include:
- maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the home
- laundry, ironing and care of household linens
- shopping, errands and household stock management
- driving duties and assisting with appointments or collections
- basic household maintenance and outdoor upkeep
- pet care and general support around the home
- liaising with contractors and overseeing household services when needed
- ensuring the property remains well presented and running smoothly
