Position: Full Time Live In / Live Out Handyman / Gardener

A private household based in Oxshott are seeking an experienced and reliable full time live in handyman / gardener to support the maintenance and upkeep of their home and grounds. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone practical, proactive and able to manage both indoor and outdoor tasks to a high standard.
The role is working for a couple and an elderly father who is fit and active, within a friendly household that also has three dogs. The ideal candidate will be organised, trustworthy and capable of working independently, taking initiative to ensure the property is well maintained at all times. A confident driver is essential. The position comes with a beautiful 4-bedroom house provided as accommodation, with all bills included. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are required.
Duties include:
- general property maintenance and basic repairs
- gardening, lawn care and upkeep of outdoor areas
- keeping pathways, driveways and exterior spaces tidy and well presented
- assisting with seasonal tasks and general upkeep of the grounds
- supporting with ad hoc handyman duties as required
- occasional assistance around the household when needed

UK Work Permit
Valid Driver’s License
