A client in Peckham, London is seeking an experienced and highly organised part-time PA / Office Manager to assist with office administration tasks. The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented professional with strong numerical skills and a good working knowledge of Xero accounting software.
The role requires someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage accounts effectively.
Duties will include:
- managing office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- handling accounts, invoices, and bill payments
- checking and organising emails, ensuring all tasks and financial matters are up to date
- overseeing office correspondence and back-and-forth communication
- keeping track of financial records and expenses
- liaising with external suppliers and service providers as needed
- ensuring all office-related tasks are completed efficiently
