Days/Hours: full day on Monday, plus Wed, Thurs, Fri afternoon, 30 hours per week

A lovely family based in East Dulwich are seeking an experienced part time nanny / housekeeper to support their household and care for their two children, aged 2 and 4 years old. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, reliable and proactive candidate who enjoys combining childcare with household support and can become a trusted part of the family.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for toddlers and young children, be confident managing routines and enjoy keeping a family home clean, tidy and organised. The family have a friendly Labrador, so applicants should be comfortable around dogs, although no dog walking will be required. Previous experience in a similar private household role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- providing attentive and nurturing care for the children
- supporting nursery and preschool routines
- planning fun and age-appropriate activities
- organising creative, educational and outdoor play
- preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- supporting nap times, mealtimes and daily routines
- assisting with bath time and evening routines when required
- keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organised
- undertaking general housekeeping duties throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care for the family
- making beds and changing bed linen
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- preparing simple family meals when required
- running occasional household errands
- being comfortable working in a home with a friendly Labrador
- ensuring the home remains clean, organised and running smoothly at all times
