A lovely family based in Camden are seeking an experienced and reliable part time nanny housekeeper to assist with the care of their two children aged 8 and 10 years old, while helping with the smooth running of their home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with school-aged children.
The ideal candidate will be warm, dependable and able to balance childcare responsibilities with household duties. Candidates must be pet friendly and comfortable working in a household with pets. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- providing attentive and engaging care for the children
- supporting after-school routines and activities
- assisting with homework and educational development
- preparing healthy snacks and simple meals for the children
- encouraging positive routines and independence
- general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- keeping children’s bedrooms, study areas and communal spaces tidy and organised
- helping with household organisation and day-to-day tasks
- assisting with pet-related duties when required
- ensuring a safe, happy and well-organised home environment
