A family in Cambridge is looking for a part time nanny / housekeeper to provide afternoon care and household support. The role will primarily focus on caring for their 4-year-old child, with light assistance for the older children as needed. Someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role. This position would suit someone warm, reliable and experienced with young children, who can balance childcare with light housekeeping to support a busy family household.
Duties include:
- collecting the 4-year-old from nursery and planning engaging activities
- supporting the child’s routines, play and development
- preparing healthy snacks and simple meals for the children
- general housekeeping including tidying, cleaning and laundry
- ensuring the home is organised and well presented in the evenings
- being comfortable using a cargo bike for transport when needed
Requirements:
Current Paediatric First Aid
Current Enhanced DBS
Valid UK work permit
