A private family based in Ashford are seeking a part time nanny housekeeper to support the care of their 6-year-old child alongside the upkeep of their home and holiday accommodation. The role involves working across a 5-bedroom family home and three holiday apartments located within a barn, as well as being comfortable around chickens. The ideal candidate must be warm, organised and proactive, with previous experience in similar roles.
Duties include:
- providing after school care and supervision
- planning age-appropriate activities and supporting homework
- preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks
- school pickups and general childcare support
- full housekeeping duties for the family home
- cleaning and preparing the holiday apartments between guests
- laundry, ironing and bed changing
- maintaining organisation and household supplies
- feeding and keeping an eye on the chickens when required
