A private household based in Westminster are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to assist with the smooth running and upkeep of their home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and able to maintain high standards within a private household environment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient and confident working independently, ensuring the home remains clean, tidy and well organised at all times. Candidates must be pet friendly and comfortable working in a household with animals. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- tidying and organising household spaces
- dusting, polishing and caring for household furnishings
- maintaining household supplies and reporting when items need replenishing
- helping ensure the home remains well presented and organised at all times
- assisting with pet-related tasks when required
