Position: Part Time Housekeeper
Location: Hackney, London
Start Date: 1st week of September
Days/Hours: 2 days a week (ideally Tuesdays and Fridays), 4 hours per day

A lovely household based in Hackney is seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to help maintain their home to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised candidate who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping a home clean, tidy and well presented.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be trustworthy and able to use their initiative to ensure the household runs smoothly. Previous experience working in a private household and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- organising cupboards, wardrobes and household storage areas
- keeping the home tidy, clutter free and well presented
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- cleaning interior windows and mirrors when required
- monitoring household supplies and reporting when items need replenishing
- running occasional household errands when required
- ensuring the home remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
