A family in Evershot, Dorset, is looking for a reliable and experienced part-time housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness of their home to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organised, and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring the household remains clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. They should be capable of working independently, taking initiative, and efficiently managing their tasks.
Duties would include:
- maintaining all bedrooms
- maintaining wardrobe / closet space
- laundry and ironing (clothes and beddings)
- folding freshly ironed clothes
- ensuring the kitchen and bathroom areas are kept tidy
- washing the dishes
- loading the dishwasher
- hoovering, mopping and sweeping floors
- dusting furniture
- cleaning up the utensils after cooking
- buying grocery items for the family
