A lovely household based in Englefield Green is seeking a reliable and experienced part time housekeeper to help maintain their home to a high standard. This is a regular Monday to Friday position, offering consistent afternoon hours.
The ideal candidate will have previous private housekeeping experience and be organised, hardworking and thorough in their approach. They should take pride in their work, have good attention to detail and be confident managing the household independently.
Duties include:
- carrying out general housekeeping duties throughout the home
- cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas
- vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
- making beds and changing bed linen
- laundry and ironing
- keeping the home tidy, clean and well organised
- maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property
- cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
- washing up and tidying after meals
- organising household items and keeping rooms presentable
- managing household supplies and reporting when items need replenishing
- using initiative to assist with additional household tasks when required
- ensuring the home remains clean, organised and running smoothly
