A friendly and organised household in Yaxley is seeking a reliable part-time housekeeper cook to help maintain a well-presented, smoothly run home. This role suits someone confident in the kitchen, detail-focused and able to work independently across a small number of flexible weekly shifts.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tidy and comfortable managing both housekeeping and meal preparation with a warm, positive approach.
Duties would include:
- daily cleaning, tidying and keeping all areas well maintained
- preparing simple, home-cooked meals and assisting with weekly meal planning
- managing laundry, ironing and basic wardrobe organisation
- maintaining a clean, organised kitchen throughout the day
- organising cupboards, pantries and general household storage
- restocking essential items and helping with light errands
- ensuring the home remains calm, orderly and welcoming each day
