A welcoming family based in Tonbridge are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper / cook to support the smooth running of their home. The household has two young children aged 4 years and 18 months, and mum is currently 8 weeks pregnant, so an extra pair of hands is greatly appreciated.
The family are looking for someone organised, proactive and able to take initiative, with a good eye for detail and a genuine willingness to help. While this is primarily a housekeeping and cooking role, someone who is comfortable around children and happy to assist when needed would be ideal.
Duties would include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
- family laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation
- preparing fresh, healthy meals for the family
- keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked
- tidying and organising living areas and children’s spaces
- running occasional errands such as grocery shopping
- providing occasional support with the children when required
