A private client based in Maidstone is seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper / cook to support the upkeep of their home and assist with weekly meal preparation. This is a lovely opportunity for someone organised, efficient and confident preparing healthy home-style meals while maintaining a clean and tidy household.
The role involves attending once a week for cooking and meal preparation for the week ahead, as well as attending twice a month for housekeeping and general cleaning duties. The household is a single-occupancy 1-bedroom home.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are required.
Duties would include:
- weekly cooking and meal preparation
- planning and preparing fresh meals for the week ahead
- general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- laundry and household organisation as required
- ensuring the home remains tidy, organised and well maintained
