A family in Dorking, Surrey is seeking a reliable and experienced part-time housekeeper / cook to support the smooth running of their home. The ideal candidate must be organised, proactive, and confident working independently. As the household has two small dogs, the candidate must be comfortable around pets.
Duties would include:
- general housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and keeping all areas tidy)
- laundry and ironing to ensure clothing and linens are well maintained
- changing bed linens and towels regularly
- kitchen upkeep and caring for appliances
- organising cupboards and household supplies
- preparing and cooking meals for the family
- occasional light pet care as needed
