A private household based in Ledbury are seeking a reliable and personable part time cook / housekeeper / companion to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of their home. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, keeping a home organised and providing a friendly, supportive presence.
The ideal candidate will be a confident cook, able to prepare fresh, home-style meals, while also assisting with light housekeeping tasks. A warm and approachable nature is important, as the role also includes companionship. Someone who is proactive, flexible and able to work independently will be well suited to this position.
Duties include:
- planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals
- keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised
- assisting with light housekeeping including cleaning and laundry
- maintaining a clean, comfortable and organised home environment
- supporting with general household organisation
- providing companionship and a friendly presence
