A family in Basingstoke is looking for a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Housekeeper Carer to provide support in their home. The role involves general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying, and laundry, as well as offering light care and companionship.
The ideal candidate will be kind, organised, and adaptable to the household’s needs, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
Duties include:
- general cleaning
- cooking healthy meals for the elderly client
- maintaining all bedrooms
- maintaining wardrobe / closet space
- ensuring the kitchen and bathroom areas are kept tidy
- washing the dishes
- loading the dishwasher
- dusting furniture
- hoovering, mopping and sweeping floors
- other caring duties such as bathing, dressing, medication monitoring
- provide companionship
- helping the elderly client with hygiene
- taking the elderly client to doctor’s appointment
