A family based in Walton-on-Thames is looking for an experienced and reliable live in nanny housekeeper to support with childcare and the day-to-day running of their home. This is a long-term, full-time position suited to someone organised, proactive and confident managing both nanny and housekeeping responsibilities.
The role involves caring for two school-aged children, supporting their daily routines, and creating a warm, structured and nurturing environment. Alongside childcare, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organised household.
A driver is preferred to assist with school runs and outings, though not essential for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- providing attentive care for the children, including school routines and activities
- supporting homework and after-school care
- school runs and local outings (if driving)
- general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry and ironing
- tidying and organising household areas
- basic meal preparation for the children
- ensuring the home runs smoothly on a daily basis
