A welcoming family based in St Albans are seeking an experienced live in nanny housekeeper to support the care of their 4 year old child and assist with the smooth running of their home. The family also have two older children aged 14 and 15 who attend boarding school, so the role will primarily focus on the youngest child during the week.
This position would suit a warm, organised and proactive candidate who is confident working independently and managing a structured daily routine. Someone pet friendly is ideal for this role.
Duties include:
- supporting morning routines and preparing the child for school
- school drop offs and pick ups
- planning engaging, age appropriate activities
- preparing healthy meals for the child
- managing bedtime routines
- full housekeeping including cleaning, laundry and ironing
- keeping the home tidy, organised and well maintained
