A lovely family based in Danthorpe, Kingston upon Hull, is seeking a dedicated live-in housekeeper couple to help manage their beautiful 7-bedroom home and surrounding 7-acre grounds. The household includes two children (aged 12 and 16), one friendly Labrador, and plans for a horse, so animal lovers are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a varied and hands-on role for an experienced couple who work well together and take pride in maintaining a warm, well-organised home.
Duties include:
- daily housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry to a high standard
- preparing family meals and occasional batch cooking
- general household organisation and running errands
- light gardening, property maintenance, and caring for outdoor areas
- assisting with pet care (feeding, walking, etc.)
- occasional school runs or errands – at least one person must be a driver
