A lovely family in Danthorpe is seeking a professional and proactive live-in housekeeper couple to help manage their beautiful 7-bedroom home set within 7 acres of grounds. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced couple who take pride in maintaining a well-run household and enjoy a country lifestyle.
The family has two school-aged children, a friendly Labrador, and plans to welcome a horse soon, so animal lovers are warmly encouraged to apply. At least one person must be a confident driver. The couple will have use of a beautiful private three-bedroom lodge on the estate, offering comfortable and spacious accommodation.
Duties include:
- daily housekeeping, laundry, and ironing
- general home management and organisation
- family cooking and meal preparation
- pet care, including walking and feeding the dog (and horse care when applicable)
- occasional childcare support for the older children
- gardening, outdoor maintenance, and assisting with household errands
