A welcoming family based in Kensington are seeking an experienced and professional full time nanny to care for their 13-week-old baby, with additional support for their 7-year-old child (who has their own nanny). This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for a nurturing, organised and confident nanny with experience caring for young babies.
The position can be offered as either live-in or live-out, with separate accommodation provided for a live-in nanny. The role also involves some travel and proxy parenting, so flexibility is essential. The family have a dog and two cats, so a pet-friendly nanny is required. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- providing full care and support for the 13-week-old baby
- managing daily routines including feeding, naps and development activities
- supporting early development and age-appropriate stimulation
- occasional care of the older child when required
- travel with the family and occasional proxy parenting
- light nursery duties including laundry and tidying related to the children
- maintaining a safe, clean and organised environment for the children
- working closely with the wider household team when needed
