A lovely family in Loughton, Essex is looking for a professional and proactive live-out housekeeper cook to help maintain their home to a high standard. The family is flexible on the number of days, ideally seeking someone for between 35 and 45 hours across 3 to 5 days per week. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and be comfortable preparing simple and healthy meals for the family.
Duties include:
- general cleaning, tidying and organisation of all rooms
- dusting and polishing furniture and surfaces
- hoovering carpets and mopping floors
- doing the laundry and ironing
- changing bed linen weekly
- keeping bedrooms and bathrooms clean and well-presented
- preparing and cooking fresh, healthy family meals
- cleaning the kitchen and tidying up after meals
- occasional grocery shopping and running errands
