A beautiful estate in Cranleigh, Surrey, is looking for a professional horticulturist to maintain and enhance their extensive gardens. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for plants, trees, and landscaping, with experience in managing and caring for large gardens. For live-in candidates, a lovely private cottage on the estate is provided.
Duties will include:
- general garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and planting
- care and cultivation of trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns
- rockery and ornamental garden upkeep
- seasonal planting and garden planning
- pest and disease control
- maintenance of garden tools and equipment
- managing irrigation systems and ensuring proper watering
- keeping outdoor areas clean and well-maintained
