A warm and welcoming household in Central London is looking for a reliable and experienced full-time housekeeper cook to help maintain their home and prepare daily meals. The family will be relocating to Covent Garden in August. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and family cooking, with confidence in preparing Indian cuisine.
Duties include:
- managing daily cleaning and upkeep of a 2–3 bedroom home
- preparing home-cooked meals, particularly Indian cuisine
- cleaning the kitchen and dining area after meals
- doing the laundry and ironing
- dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- keeping bedrooms and bathrooms tidy and well-stocked
- changing bed linen weekly
- assisting with grocery shopping and stock rotation
- running light errands if needed
- occasional care for a small dog (no dog walking required)
