Position: After School Nanny
Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Days/Hours: 3 to 4 days a week, from 1-6pm or 2-7pm

A family in Harpenden, Hertfordshire is looking for a caring and reliable Afterschool Nanny to join their household. The role involves collecting the two older children from school and nursery, preparing their dinner, and tidying up after them.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be organised, and enjoy engaging with children in a warm and nurturing way.
Duties include:
- school / nursery pick ups
- helping children with after-school activities like homework
- providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- providing supervision and constant care to children
- tidying up children’s bedrooms and play areas
- playing with the children and taking them to the park
- planning and organising age related activities
- stimulating children to read and be active
- reading to and with the children
- implementing daily routines
