A lovely family based in South Kensington are seeking an experienced and organised part time nanny / personal assistant to care for their 7-month-old baby while providing practical support to the household. This is a varied role that would suit a proactive, nurturing and highly organised candidate who enjoys combining childcare with light personal assistant duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience caring for babies, be confident managing routines independently and possess excellent organisational skills. A confident driver is essential for this role to assist with family errands and appointments. Previous experience in a similar private household role and excellent references are essential.
Duties would include:
- providing attentive and nurturing care for the baby
- supporting feeding, nap and developmental routines
- planning age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- preparing healthy meals and snacks for the baby as appropriate
- maintaining the baby’s nursery, toys and belongings
- washing, ironing and organising the baby’s clothing
- taking the baby to appointments, classes and outings when required
- monitoring developmental milestones and supporting early learning
- providing light personal assistant support to the family
- managing appointments and diary scheduling
- running household and personal errands
- grocery shopping and collecting household items when required
- assisting with travel planning and general administration
- maintaining an organised and efficient household environment
- driving for family errands and appointments as required
