A lovely family based in Ealing are seeking an experienced and caring full time live out nanny housekeeper to support the care of their two children, aged 3 and 7 years old, while helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, proactive and reliable candidate who enjoys balancing childcare with housekeeping responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, organised and able to use their initiative, ensuring the children are well cared for while keeping the household running smoothly. The role also includes light cooking duties, and applicants should be pet friendly and comfortable working in a household with pets. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- providing attentive and nurturing care for the children
- supporting nursery and school routines
- planning fun, educational and age-appropriate activities
- preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- assisting with homework and encouraging independent learning
- general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- keeping the children’s bedrooms, play areas and communal spaces tidy and organised
- preparing simple family meals and assisting with light cooking duties
- running household errands when required
- helping with pet-related tasks when needed
- ensuring the home remains organised, welcoming and running smoothly each day
