A lovely family based in Eastleigh are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper / cook to assist with the smooth running of their home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident balancing housekeeping duties with preparing fresh and nutritious meals for the household.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient and able to work independently, ensuring the home remains clean, tidy and well organised at all times. Someone who enjoys cooking and takes pride in preparing healthy, home-cooked meals will be particularly well suited to this role. Previous experience in a similar position and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- tidying and organising household spaces
- planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals
- batch cooking and meal preparation when required
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- grocery shopping and managing household supplies when needed
- helping ensure the household runs smoothly on a daily basis
