A private household based in Greenwich are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper / cook to assist with the smooth running of their home. This is a lovely opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident balancing housekeeping responsibilities with preparing fresh home-cooked meals.
The role is based within a well-maintained 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property and would suit a candidate who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming home environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented and able to work independently to a high standard. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.
Duties include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- making beds and changing bed linen
- tidying and organising household spaces
- planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals
- batch cooking and meal preparation when required
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- managing household supplies and grocery shopping when needed
- helping ensure the home runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
