A private household based in Central London near Angel are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper / cook to assist with the smooth running of their home. This is a lovely opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident balancing housekeeping duties with preparing fresh home-style meals.
The role is based within a well-kept 2-bedroom flat and would suit someone detail-oriented, efficient and comfortable working independently. The household also has one cat, so a pet-friendly candidate is essential. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are required.
Duties would include:
- general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- laundry, ironing and household organisation
- making beds and changing bed linen
- preparing fresh meals for the household
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- tidying and organising household spaces
- helping ensure the home runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
