A private household based in Harpenden are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to assist with the upkeep of their home. The family are looking for someone organised, proactive and able to work independently while maintaining high standards throughout.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient and take pride in their work. The household is pet friendly, so a candidate who is comfortable around animals is essential.
Duties include:
- maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the home
- vacuuming, mopping and caring for floors and surfaces
- handling laundry, ironing and putting items away
- cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas to a high standard
- organising cupboards and keeping spaces clutter-free
- changing bed linen and refreshing bedrooms
- ensuring the home remains tidy and well managed
