A friendly and reliable family in Cookham is seeking a part-time nanny housekeeper to support both childcare and the day-to-day running of their home. This role would suit someone organised, warm, and confident caring for a toddler and a school-aged child, while also managing household tasks.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, nurturing, and able to balance childcare with maintaining a tidy and well-run household. Someone who enjoys creating routines and providing a calm, supportive environment will be a great fit for this family.
Duties include:
- caring for the children in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate manner
- supporting daily routines, including meals and playtime
- planning fun and stimulating activities for both children
- assisting with nursery or school-related routines as required
- general housekeeping including cleaning, tidying, and organisation
- laundry and ironing for the household
- preparing simple meals for the children and family
- maintaining a warm, calm, and well-structured home environment
