A kind and respectful household in Cumbria is looking for a reliable live-in housekeeper carer to support with daily home management and light personal assistance. This role would suit someone who is caring, organised, and enjoys maintaining a tidy, well-run home while offering gentle companionship and support.
Duties would include:
- general housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing
- maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard
- preparing simple, nutritious meals
- assisting with errands and grocery shopping
- providing companionship and light personal support when needed
- liaising with family members or healthcare professionals if required
