A family in Banstead, Surrey is seeking a nanny / housekeeper to join their household on a part-time basis, with the potential to move into a full-time role around February / March 2026. This is a long-term role for someone who can balance childcare with high-standard housekeeping and who enjoys being part of a busy, growing family. Someone who speaks bilingual Cantonese or Mandarin is ideal for this role to help the children learn the language. They would need someone who can drive.
Duties include:
- caring for a 20-month-old toddler, and assisting with a newborn from April 2026
- preparing nutritious, child-friendly meals for the toddler and family
- assisting with grocery shopping and keeping the kitchen well stocked
- carrying out thorough housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and ironing to a high standard
- ensuring the home is tidy, organised and running smoothly
- supporting the family’s daily routines, stepping in with more housekeeping when the toddler is at classes
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends or overnight occasionally, with notice
- travelling with the family during the summer for extended stays (2–3 months in the US)
Requirements:
Current Paediatric First Aid
Current Enhanced DBS
Valid UK work permit
Valid Driver’s License
