A friendly and busy family in Henfield, West Sussex is looking for a full-time nanny housekeeper to join their home as soon as possible. This is a hands-on role combining childcare and housekeeping duties, and would suit someone proactive, nurturing, and well-organised. The role will involve caring for the family’s toddler (21 months) and providing after-school support for their 10-year-old child, alongside managing the day-to-day upkeep of the household. Someone who can drive is ideal for this role.
Duties include:
- managing daily routines including meals, naps and playtime
- planning fun and stimulating activities for the toddler
- school runs and after-school care for the older child
- preparing healthy meals for the children (and occasionally for the family)
- nursery duties and full housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying, etc.)
- keeping the kitchen and communal areas clean and tidy
- occasional babysitting or flexibility when parents are travelling
Requirements:
Current Paediatric First Aid
Current Enhanced DBS
UK Work Permit
Valid Driver’s License
