A welcoming family in Croydon is looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeper Cook to help maintain their home and prepare meals throughout the week. The ideal candidate should be pet-friendly, as the family has pets that are part of their household.
Duties include:
- general housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and organising
- laundry and ironing, ensuring clothes and linens are well cared for
- preparing fresh, healthy meals for the family, considering dietary preferences
- grocery shopping, meal planning, and kitchen stock management
- deep cleaning on a rotational basis, such as inside cupboards, fridge, and oven
- changing bed linens and ensuring bathrooms are well maintained
- assisting with light household errands such as post collection and dry cleaning drop-off
- keeping common areas tidy and well-organised
- managing household supplies and notifying the family when items need restocking
