A private household in Alderney, Channel Islands, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Housekeeper to assist in maintaining their home to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, well-organised, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and comfortable working independently while ensuring the home remains clean, tidy, and well-managed.
Duties include:
- laundry and ironing (clothes and beddings)
- folding freshly ironed clothes
- ensuring the kitchen and bathroom areas are kept tidy
- washing the dishes
- loading the dishwasher
- hoovering, mopping and sweeping floors
- dusting furniture
- polishing silverwares and antiques
- cooking healthy meals
- cleaning up the utensils after cooking
- buying grocery items for the family
