A caring and dependable Part-Time Live-Out Housekeeper Carer is required to support an elderly client in Harrow, London. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the home, preparing nutritious meals, and providing personal care and companionship. The ideal candidate will be medically confident, with the ability to assist with hygiene, medication monitoring, and accompanying the client to appointments.
Experience in housekeeping and caregiving is essential, and someone who speaks Tamil would be highly preferred. Driving skills are also a plus. The position starts as part-time but may transition to full-time in the future.
Duties include:
- general cleaning and tidying
- preparing healthy meals
- laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
- cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms
- dusting, hoovering, mopping, and sweeping floors
- assisting elderly client with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- monitoring medication and providing companionship
- taking the elderly client to doctor’s appointments
